Responsibilities
The Development Committee reviews city initiated development and receives updates on city-wide housing and commercial developments. The committee principally provides staff a sounding board on issues the city is considering undertaking including neighborhood enhancements, affordable housing developments, and city-wide new construction activities. The Development Committee does not receive presentations or project submittals from private development entities.
