For safety and aesthetics, overnight street parking is prohibited in the City of Brea between 2:00 and 6:00 a.m. without an annual permit. Residents that require additional on-site parking spaces beyond those on driveways and in garages can qualify for a permit. Permits need to be prominently displayed and renewed annually.
