As part of the Brea 2050 project (Focused General Plan Update & Brea Core Specific Plan), the City will prepare a Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR). A Notice of Preparation (NOP) has been prepared. At this time, the City will hold a Scoping Meeting to present the project, the PEIR process, to provide an opportunity for agency representatives and the public to provide their comments in person.
