Join the City of Brea to officially kick off the long-awaited Arovista Park Modernization project on Friday, April 19 at 3:00 p.m. at Arovista Park (across from the Brea Senior Center). Construction on the east side of Arovista Park (Phase One) is expected to take 18 months. The City is adding the first all-accessible playground in North Orange County which will provide an opportunity for children and adults of all ages and all abilities to have a safe space to play and enjoy the outdoors. Other amenities included in this phase are four new pickleball courts, upgraded basketball and volleyball courts, new restroom facilities, new outdoor events space, resurfaced parking lot and new EV Charging stations, and upgraded Tracks at Brea Trailhead.
