On August 2 and August 3, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., one westbound lane of Birch Street, west of Associated Road, will be closed as crews remove trees. There will be traffic control at the intersection, sidewalks will be closed, and pedestrians will be redirected to a safer crossing route. While Brea loves trees, we also love our pedestrians and their safety! The trees being removed have caused an unsafe sidewalk.
