How to Book an Appointment

You can contact DJ Alegre at 714-990-7110 or email BreaFitTeam@cityofbrea.net for any questions or concerns you may have. Calls will be answered within 24 hours Monday through Friday, if not immediately. Please make sure to leave your name, phone number, and convenient days or times you are available to meet with your trainer. You will be matched with a personal trainer who will then call you directly to set up an appointment. All further appointments are made directly with your trainer.

Requirements

Personal training is meant for people of all ages, shapes and sizes, abilities and limitations, and fitness levels. Some clients will be required to obtain a physician’s release prior to the first session. The personal trainer will determine if a release is required.

What to Expect

Upon arrival at the Brea Fitness Center, you will be greeted by our friendly staff and checked in at the front counter. All payments will be made directly to the front counter attendant.

Each client will receive an assessment that includes weight, body composition, and circumferences. Your trainer will also discuss goals and coach you on how to reach those goals.

All exercise programs are based on the client’s goals, fitness level, limitations and will be personalized to meet those needs.
