TRX is a simplified approach to training based on the seven basic movements; push, pull, plank, rotate, hinge, lunge, and squat. Brea Fitness offers one or two day and week classes. Specialty classes are purchased by month and are not included as part of our membership. Drop ins are welcomed. Please come in 15 minutes prior to class to register or do so online at
